What Our Happy Clients Are Saying
“If you’re looking for a truly exceptional handyman, look no further than Hubert.
He recently came to my home and took care of a long list of projects—replacing the garbage disposal, re-caulking the shower basin, securing loose toilet seats, hanging artwork, power washing the terrace, etc.—and I was blown away by his work. Every task was handled with skill, care, and efficiency.
But what really sets Hubert apart is who he is. He’s not just highly competent—he’s also kind, respectful, and genuinely enjoyable to have in your home. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing things the right way.
Finding a handyman who is both trustworthy and talented isn’t easy. I’ve already referred him to friends, and I’ll continue to do so without hesitation. Hubert is a rare find, and I recommend him completely.”

His work is neat, efficient, and fairly priced. I really appreciate how he took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure everything was perfect before he left. “Hubert, of Tools & Tails Care, arrived punctually, was prepared with all necessary parts and tools, professionally completed the projects we outlined, and fine tuned a few items he noticed that were not on my projects list.

“If I could give 10 stars I would. Hubert was completely professional from start to finish. He arrived on time and prepared. Even gave me some good ideas on how to save money on the project. He installed a new water filter, changed my faucet head in the kitchen sink and a bathroom showerhead. Another project was removing wood rot from termite damage and replacing door frame molding. The detail work on The repair was immaculate. You literally cannot tell. It’s a brand new wood installation, it matched seamlessly with the rest of the door frame and adjoining door frame as well. He was recommended to me by several neighbors and is definitely the go to Handyman in Rancho, Santa Fe and Carmel Valley.”
